Breakfast is served in the lounge at just about any reasonable time (we do draw the line at cooking for 6 a.m!). We usually ask you to make your choices for breakfast - and time - the preceding night : we then cook for the time to make sure the food is served freshly made.

Our meats are supplied by Penman's, Master Butchers at Crail
Tea and coffee is all Fairtrade
Wherever possible foods are either homegrown or sourced from local growers.
